Job summary

Plaza Tire Service, part of the Sun Auto Network, is seeking a Service Advisor to promote services and manage shop workflow. You’ll greet customers, document their concerns, present clear quotes, and drive sales while ensuring high standards of customer care.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma, 18+, and prior service-advisor or automotive sales experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays are required. Great benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document concerns and inspect vehicles to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customers throughout the day.
• Cashing out tickets with warranty explanations and multi-point inspection review.
• Conduct post repair and declined services follow up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Support shop workflow and act as manager on duty when the store manager is away.
