The role requires a professional image, reliable transportation, and the ability to work Saturdays as part of a steady, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive or related field is required.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document customer needs clearly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and dependability in a process-driven environment.
• Willingness to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and verify service needs against history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate quotes and timelines.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories confidently.
• Provide updates on service progress and post-repair follow-ups.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Follow company procedures for checkout and warranty explanations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
