Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work at least 5 days per week.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and document concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and turnaround times.
• Update customers on service status throughout the day.
• Promote services, parts and accessories to customers.
• Follow cashing out procedures and document warranties carefully.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
