Cavender Auto Country-Chevy Buck GMC, part of the Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our service team. You will greet customers, determine concerns, and review maintenance needs, offering a no-cost vehicle condition inspection and clear price quotes that serve both the customer and dealership.

Ideal candidates are energetic, with strong listening and communication skills, able to resolve complaints and build lasting relationships.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
• Strong listening, problem solving and communication skills.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Must have automotive knowledge.
• Determine customer's primary concern and review maintenance needs.
• Offer a no-cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Provide fair, transparent price quotes with the customer's and dealership's best interest in mind.
• Communicate clearly to leave customers informed and comfortable.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and resolve to their satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Work as a team player upholding professional standards and integrity.
