Cavender Auto Country-Chevy Buick GMC is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Texas. You will greet customers, identify their needs, and present maintenance options with transparent pricing, while delivering an exceptional service experience.

The role requires automotive knowledge, strong listening and communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Join a team focused on integrity, growth, and making confidence happen.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Must have automotive knowledge.
• Determine customer's primary concern and review maintenance needs.
• Offer a no-cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Give and document fair, competitive price quotes.
• Communicate with each customer to leave them informed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve to their satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships for repeat business.
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally

• Give and document fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, with the customer and dealership's best interest in mind
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
• Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity
• Other duties as assigned

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required

• Valid driver's license
