Confidence Chevrolet Buick GMC, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a talented Service Advisor to join our service team. You will greet customers, identify concerns, present fair price quotes, and build trust through transparent communication.

The ideal candidate is energetic, a team player with strong listening and problem-solving skills, committed to delivering exceptional experiences that keep customers returning.

Qualificações

• Energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
• Skilled at listening, problem solving and communication.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Determine customer's primary concern and review additional maintenance needs.
• Offer a no cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Give and document fair, competitive price quotes with transparency.
• Communicate with each customer to leave them informed and comfortable.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and resolve to satisfaction.
• Build great customer relationships to encourage repeat and referrals.
• Work as a team player upholding professionalism and integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing
