Qualifications

• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Must have automotive knowledge.
• Determine customer's primary concern and review maintenance needs.
• Offer a no-cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Give and document fair, competitive price quotes.
• Communicate with each customer to leave them informed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve to their satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships for repeat business.
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards.
