Job summary

You will provide accurate cost estimates, maintain promised times, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 2+ years in a dealership, vehicle knowledge, strong communication, and a good professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• All applicants must be comfortable with pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and obtains customer and vehicle data.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Maintains promised time and communicates changes to customers.
• Test-drives the vehicle or refers to a test technician as needed.
• Maintains a CSI rating comparable to manufacturer or branch average.
• Advises customers on vehicle care per manufacturers’ specs.
• Follows safety policies and reports accidents immediately.
