Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Paragould, AR is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and guide them through service recommendations. You will work with technicians to communicate quotes and provide updates throughout the day.

The role emphasizes accurate quoting, promoting services, and maintaining strong customer relations, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to identify needs.
• Recommend services and relay technician notes to customers clearly.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates.
• Update customers on service status throughout the day.
• Process payments and explain warranties.
• Follow up after service and track returns.
• Other duties as assigned.
