Plaza Tire Service is hiring a Service Advisor to greet customers, document concerns, and recommend services while maintaining accurate quotes and timelines. You will communicate clearly, upsell appropriate services, and keep customers updated on progress throughout the day.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service or sales experience, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment. A valid driver’s license and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful.
• Ability to work in a process driven environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone.
• Document concerns, inspect vehicles, and reference service history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations.
• Present accurate quotes with cost and completion times, and provide updates.
• Cash out tickets and review inspections and warranties with customers.
• Follow up after services to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts; perform other duties as assigned.
