Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Conway, AR is hiring a Service Advisor to greet customers, document concerns, and recommend services. You will quote customers, explain timelines, and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate, transparent service.

The role requires prior Service Advisor experience, strong sales and customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work Saturdays in a process-driven environment. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles with reference to service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians clearly.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates; keep customers updated.
• Process payments, review warranties, and document completed work and warranties.
• Follow up after service and track returns and warranty parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
