The role focuses on greeting customers, assessing vehicle needs, quoting services and parts, and guiding customers through the repair process. You will help manage workflow in the shop and act as the on-duty manager when the store manager is away.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Experience in sales or customer service in automotive is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and identify service needs.
• Recommend services and communicate estimates.
• Provide updates on service status to customers.
• Cashop out tickets and explain warranties.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
