Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Computer experience.
• A charismatic and relatable personality.
• Ability to communicate suitably through email, phone, or in person.
• A desire and drive to be successful with a positive attitude.
• Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction index rating higher than the manufacturer, zone or branch average.
• Complete tasks on time and inform customer if promised time cannot be met.
• Maintain dealership-standard hours per customer repair order.
• Follow regulations such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-To-Know.
• Ensure all documents are properly accounted for.
• Obtain telephone approval for add-on sales when customers are not at the dealership.
• Document repair order changes clearly.
• Attend weekly morning meetings.
• Escalate customer concerns to management.
• Maintain neat appearance and follow service drive dress code.
• Deliver to customers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
