Audi Wilsonville in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to help customers select vehicles and deliver exceptional service on the showroom floor and online inquiries.

This full-time role is commission-based—100% of personal production with 25% to 50% tiers—plus standard benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) matching. A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset will thrive.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent face to face customer service skills.
• Proficient with Dealersocket CRM with the ability follow up and follow up again.
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required.
• Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness.
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Regular attendance and timeliness is essential.
• Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company.
• Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner.
• Maintain professional demeanor while at work.
• Must conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment.
