Kia Frisco, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Service Advisor who builds relationships, processes service requests, and delivers an exceptional experience. You’ll communicate with customers and technicians, prepare estimates, write repair orders, and manage warranty claims.

Requirements include 1+ year Service Advisor experience, 1+ year automotive technician experience a plus, and strong teamwork with solid customer service. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Competenze

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ year of automotive technician experience is a plus.
• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• 1 year of mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Mansioni

• Serve as the communicator between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
• Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.
