Morgan Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Naples, FL to greet customers, assess service needs, prepare estimates, and coordinate vehicle repairs to ensure timely, high-quality work. You will drive customer satisfaction and upsell maintenance and repair services.

Qualifications

Experience as automotive service advisor preferred.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to upsell services and explain estimates to customers.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide professional service.
Listen to inquiries, identify needs, resolve concerns, and upsell when appropriate.
Estimate costs and completion times; communicate status to customers.
Coordinate repair activities to ensure first-time right work and on-time completion.
Obtain written approvals for repair orders and confirm pricing accuracy.
Meet or exceed add-on sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Notify customers of upcoming maintenance, recalls, or service needs.
Answer calls promptly and ensure customer inquiries are satisfied.
