What You'll Do

• Greeting customers and creating an exceptional service experience
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting service needs
• Presenting maintenance recommendations and repair solutions
• Providing estimates, repair timelines, and service updates
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
• Building long-term customer relationships through trust and transparency
• Managing repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery
• Consistently delivering outstanding customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

• Previous customer service experience
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to successfully guide customers through the service process
• Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Previous Service Advisor experience
• Automotive sales or service experience
• CRM software experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
