Job summary

Johnson City Ford, a member of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking motivated Service Advisors for a fast-paced, high-volume service department in Johnson City, TN. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and coordinate repairs with technicians while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

The role offers an open-to-closing schedule, competitive compensation with base plus commission, and manufacturer incentives.
