Sheehy Auto Stores seeks a Service Advisor Apprentice to learn the art of customer service and liaison between customers and service techs. An entry-level role focusing on greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and communicating repair needs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer communication skills in-person and on the phone.
• Able to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision.
• Authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customer needs and articulate repair requests to techs.
• Present recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure completion.
