Job summary

Sonic Automotive is hiring a Service Advisor for Town and Country Toyota in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role offers an OTE of $60,000 - $120,000+ per year and requires weekend availability.

You will schedule service, greet customers, provide written estimates, track progress, and maintain customer satisfaction while building long-term relationships. Must have dealership experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Must have dealership experience.
• Two years of experience in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer data prior to arrival when possible.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Establishes "promised time".
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day and communicates changes to customers.
• Test-drives the vehicle or refers to the test technician as necessary.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least comparable to the manufacturer, zone or branch average.
