Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document vehicle issues accurately based on customer input.
• Explain recommended services and provide cost estimates.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Update customers on status and timelines throughout the service process.
• Prepare and explain invoices with service breakdowns.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
