Job summary

Town & Country Toyota, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring an Automotive Service Technician in Charlotte, NC. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards, supervise apprentices, and communicate with parts, while upholding safety and quality.

We offer compensation hourly $20.00–$35.00, a tenure bonus up to $3.50 per hour after six months, full-time schedule, Sundays off, and benefits including health, 401k, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE or manufacturing training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and perform work per repair order.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with parts and service teams to obtain parts and information.
• Supervise apprentice technicians where applicable.
• Attend factory training classes and keep up with bulletins.
