Job summary

Transteck, Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift Service Advisor at our Freightliner of Harrisburg dealership. The role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, serving as the main liaison between customers and our service shop.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in service, sales or customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to sell services while ensuring customer needs are met.

Qualifications

• One years' experience in service roles, sales or customer service required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role.
• Ability to explain services and pricing clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact between customers and the service shop.
• Sell services to customers and communicate vehicle needs to the shop.
• Conduct a visual safety inspection of customers' vehicles and address needs.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on service progress.

Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Service Advisor at our Freightliner of Harrisburg dealership. This is a Monday-Friday schedule and the hours are 3-11:30 pm.

Description for the Service Advisor:

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our service shop.
• The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
• One years' experience in service roles, sales or customer service required.
