Job summary

Transteck, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor at our Freightliner of New Stanton dealership in Tarrs, PA. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, promoting services and ensuring customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include conducting a visual safety inspection of vehicles and addressing all customer concerns. One year of service, sales, or customer service experience is required.

Description for the Service Advisor

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our service shop.
• The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
• One years' experience in service roles, sales or customer service required.
