Transteck, Inc. in Lancaster, PA has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Service Advisor at our Freightliner of Lancaster dealership. You will be the primary contact for customers and the service shop, turning inquiries into repairs with clear explanations.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, turning service opportunities into sales while ensuring safety inspections are completed. One year of service, sales, or customer service experience is required.

Description for the Service Advisor:

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our service shop.
• The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
• One years' experience in service roles, sales or customer service required.
