Job summary

Swickard Auto Group is seeking a guest-first Service Advisor for our Best of the Best Mercedes-Benz flagship store in Wilsonville, OR. The role emphasizes clear communication, honest recommendations, and building a long-term advisory book with returning luxury guests.

You’ll translate complex repair findings into confident guest explanations, produce precise estimates, and coordinate with technicians to keep service moving smoothly—all while upholding Mercedes-Benz standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred
• Mercedes-Benz or luxury European brand service advisor experience is a strong plus
• Clear, composed communicator for high-expectation guests
• Highly organized with attention to detail, accurate estimates & timelines
• Self-motivated with a drive to build a long-term book of returning luxury guests
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process—from write-up through vehicle return
• Translate technical repair findings into clear, confident guest communication that earns authorization
• Build precise estimates & commit to realistic timelines
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows moving
• Identify and present additional service recommendations to protect safety and performance
• Deliver a Mercedes-Benz-standard guest experience to keep owners returning to this store
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold documentation/compliance

• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
• Deliver a consistent, professional Mercedes-Benz-standard guest experience that keeps owners returning to this store
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred -- candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or comparable backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Mercedes-Benz or luxury European brand service advisor experience a strong plus -- familiarity with the platform and the ownership community accelerates effectiveness from day one
• Clear, composed communicator -- Mercedes-Benz guests are high-expectation and the advisor who earns their loyalty does so through consistency, preparation, and honest follow-through
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable at a Best of the Best store
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of returning luxury guests
• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
