Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville is seeking a Detail Technician to maintain interior and exterior detailing of new, pre-owned, and service vehicles to luxury standards. You will prepare vehicles for guest delivery, apply protection products, and inspect for cosmetic issues, ensuring every car leaves in pristine condition.

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detail work on vehicles to Mercedes-Benz luxury standards.
• Prepare vehicles for guest delivery, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
• Apply paint and fabric protection and appearance products accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues and address or escalate as needed.
• Operate detail equipment safely and efficiently (pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, steam cleaners).
• Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize readiness and timelines.
• Work under a flat-rate structure with throughput and quality affecting earnings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detail work on new, pre-owned, and service vehicles -- washing, vacuuming, polishing, and protecting to Mercedes-Benz luxury standards
• Prepare vehicles for guest delivery -- ensuring every car is clean, presentable, and ready to make a strong first impression
• Apply paint protection, fabric protection, and appearance products accurately and consistently
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues during the detail process -- scratches, stains, and odors -- addressing or escalating appropriately
• Operate detail equipment including pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize vehicle readiness and meet delivery timelines
• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your throughput, quality, and consistency directly drive your earnings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior detailing, car washing, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred -- the right person with strong work ethic and attention to detail will be trained to our standard
• A high personal standard for quality -- you notice what others miss and take pride in the finished result
• Self-directed and productive -- flat-rate rewards speed and consistency and you bring both
• Reliable and punctual -- vehicle readiness touches every department and the whole store notices when it runs well
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
