Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, a Swickard flagship in the Portland metro, is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to present and sell finance, lease, and protection products to guests. You’ll structure deals with lenders, build strong lender relationships, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership
• F&I, desk management, or finance experience with deal structure and compliance
• F&I knowledge of lender programs, tier structures, and compliance requirements
• Strong product penetration and attention to guest experience
• Familiarity with MBFS programs and luxury lending options
• DMS platforms such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products to guests using a compliant menu process

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products to every guest using a consistent, compliant menu process -- every deal, every time
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- working with lenders to maximize approval rates and present options that genuinely serve each guest's financial situation
• Build and maintain productive lender relationships -- understanding programs, tier structures, and available financing options across Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and the broader luxury lending portfolio
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and all applicable documentation and disclosure standards
• Partner with sales management to ensure clean, complete deal packages and fast funding timelines
• Deliver a finance office experience that closes the guest's purchase the same way it opened -- with honesty, clarity, and genuine respect for their time and their investment
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records throughout every transaction
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs, luxury lender relationships, product offerings, and compliance requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required. Experienced desk managers or sales managers with strong deal structure and finance product knowledge will be considered
• Luxury or Mercedes-Benz F&I experience a meaningful advantage -- familiarity with high-net-worth buyer behavior, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs, and the expectations of a sophisticated ownership community accelerates effectiveness from day one
• Consistent menu compliance and strong product penetration track record -- VSC, GAP, and protection product performance that reflects a disciplined, guest-first approach
• Working knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services -- rate subvention programs, lease pull-ahead structures, MBFS tier criteria, and how to position financing options that work for high-net-worth buyers with complex financial profiles
• Deep knowledge of dealership compliance requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and state-specific documentation standards
• Polished, composed communicator -- Mercedes-Benz buyers are sophisticated and the Finance Manager who earns their trust does so through professionalism, transparency, and genuine expertise
• Prior DMS experience preferred -- familiarity with platforms such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
