Red Rock Ford is looking for a professional, organized, customer-focused Service Advisor who can communicate clearly, solve problems, and help create an exceptional guest experience from check‑in to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform vehicle walk‑arounds with photos/video documentation
• Listen to customer concerns and help identify vehicle issues
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Review declined work, recalls, and service history
• Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders with detailed technician notes
• Communicate updates, approvals, timelines, and repair progress with customers
• Manage appointments, active repair orders, and daily follow‑up
• Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Help keep the service drive organized, professional, and efficient
