Job summary

Red Rock Ford in Williston, ND is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant/Sales Advisor to join our family-owned dealership. You will build rapport with customers, learn our product lines, and guide buyers through the car-purchasing process from start to finish.

No prior automotive experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. The position offers base training with commissions, opportunities for career growth, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Personal commitment to a career in the auto industry.
• An outgoing, friendly personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• The ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation:

This is a 3-month base training salary + commission position with more than average compensation, Range $50,000-100,000

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
