Nelson Auto in Williston, ND is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the primary connection between customers and technicians, helping customers understand service needs and coordinating repair schedules.

In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you will deliver an excellent customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup and collaborate with service leadership to keep work moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, automotive technician, or customer service.
• Previous dealership experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

The Service Advisor plays a vital role in dealership operations by acting as the primary connection between customers and technicians. In this fast-paced, people-focused position, you will help customers understand their vehicle service needs, coordinate repair schedules, and ensure work moves efficiently through the shop.

This role offers strong career growth opportunities — many of our Service Managers began their careers as Service Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
