Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Albany is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy, customer-focused team in Albany, NY. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, prepare estimates, and manage repair orders from start to finish to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year of service advisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive technician background helpful.
• 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote communication between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
