Lithia Motors in Yorkville, NY is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join a fast-paced service team. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, prepare estimates, and manage repair orders with an emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver's license, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred; automotive technician background is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma (or equivalent), 18+ required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Automotive technician background is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
