Job summary

Wesley Chapel Toyota is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join its award-winning team. You will provide exceptional customer service, update customers on vehicle status, and collaborate with technicians to recommend maintenance plans.

The goal is to build lasting relationships while upholding the dealership’s trusted reputation. The role requires automotive service experience, excellent communication, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
• Toyota brand experience is a plus.
• Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
• Computer proficiency and ability to explain mechanical details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed about vehicle status.
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate progress clearly.
• Work with technicians and make maintenance recommendations for customers.
• Present maintenance programs tailored to customer needs.
