Job summary

Wesley Chapel Toyota is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance and basic services in our service department. You will conduct oil changes, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections, and clearly communicate needs to the service advisor team.

You should bring basic mechanical knowledge, prefer prior express/quick‑lube experience, and be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. A collaborative, customer‑focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
• Prior experience as an express or quick-lube technician is preferred.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance in accordance with Toyota and dealership standards.
• Complete oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and other minor services.
• Conduct multi-point inspections, including brakes, tires, and fluid systems.
• Communicate recommended maintenance or repair needs to the service advisor team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
