Job summary

Volkswagen of Norwood in Norwood, MA is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team full-time. You will welcome customers, schedule service appointments, capture concerns, review vehicle history, and clearly explain repair recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a positive, professional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
• Schedule service appointments and document customer concerns accurately.
• Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds and review vehicle service history.
• Explain recommended services, repair costs, and estimated completion times clearly and confidently.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress, additional recommendations, and completion timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Review and close repair orders accurately while ensuring customer concerns have been addressed.
• Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication, follow-up, and exceptional service.
