You will manage the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery while collaborating with technicians and management to keep work moving smoothly.

• Automotive service advisor or related industry experience.
• Ability to present recommendations and sell repairs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Review inspections, prepare estimates, present recommendations, and ask for the sale
• Maintain clear communication with customers and the shop throughout the repair process
• Manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• Follow established procedures for intake, documentation, follow-up, and delivery
• Take ownership of customer concerns and the overall customer experience
• Contribute to the continued improvement and development of the shop

You’ll manage the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery while working closely with technicians and management to keep work moving efficiently.
