Kerner's Auto Service in Michigan is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to balance customer service, sales, and high-quality communication in a fast-paced shop. You will manage the customer experience from first contact through delivery, collaborating with technicians and management to keep work moving efficiently.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, presenting recommendations, and owning the customer journey, with a path for growth in a locally owned business and a schedule

Qualifications

Kerner's Auto Service, a family-owned repair facility serving the community since 1973, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

This position requires someone who can balance exceptional customer service, sales, communication, and organization in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. You'll manage the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery while working closely with technicians and management to keep work moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
