Job summary

Kia of North Tucson is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the primary contact for service customers, presenting maintenance options and timelines, and guiding them through the repair process.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of service-advisor or customer-service experience, basic automotive knowledge, and comfort with dealership software. You will work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support our busy dealership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in service/advisor roles.
• Experience helping customers and delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Basic automotive knowledge and a valid driver's license.
• Comfort with computers and dealership software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and greet customers following procedures.
• Build positive relationships and assess service needs.
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and recommend maintenance.
• Explain service costs, timelines, and completion dates.
• Secure approval for services and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders and support upfront pricing.
• Coordinate repair work and track progress with technicians.
• Provide status updates and manage the delivery process.
