Rockwall Kia in Rockwall, TX is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. With 2+ years of experience, you will coordinate with technicians, estimate repair costs, and communicate recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role or related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technicians to identify repairs and communicate findings to customers.
• Estimate costs and time for repairs and provide quotes.
• Advise customers on recommended repairs and maintenance.
• Negotiate service agreements with customers.
• Coordinate to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, service agreements, and repair orders.
