Job summary

Lithia & Driveway’s Kia of North Tucson is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Tucson. You will deliver exceptional parts support to customers and technicians, help locate and stock parts, and work with the service area to keep repairs moving smoothly.

You will assist customers and vendors by phone or in person, process payments, returns and warranties, and maintain organized inventory while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous Parts Advisor experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn is important.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts, components, and vehicle systems.
• Able to research, source, and track parts using dealership software.
• Strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers and technicians find the right parts and accessories.
• Assist customers, vendors, and team members in person and over the phone.
• Work with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs.
• Source, order, and track parts to meet customer and needs.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support ongoing inventory control processes.
• Process customer payments, returns, warranties, and core returns.
• Keep the parts department, counters, and stock areas clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering an ownership experience.

Hiring: Parts Advisor

Pay: Starting pay $3,000 - $3,500 per month (DOE) - Commission Earnings Based on Your Performance

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Bring

• Automotive dealership or service department experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
