Job summary

Apple Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. We are an award-winning dealership with Time magazine Dealer Award, Google's Best Business Award, and GM Dealer Of The Year for three consecutive years.

You will greet customers, assess service needs, and prepare repair orders. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs, keep customers informed about progress and costs, and deliver outstanding service from check-in to vehicle pickup.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
