Lithia & Driveway is hiring Express Service Advisors at Driveway Subaru of Moon Township. You will greet customers, identify concerns, explain repairs, and prepare estimates on-site with the service team.

We value strong communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to translate technical terms for customers. A valid driver’s license and a customer-focused mindset are essential for this role with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Communicate with customer what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be complete.
• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around.
• Attain agreement from customer for service needs.
• Write accurate repair orders
• Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee.
• Obtain approval to review findings of multi-point inspection and associated prices.
• Obtain approval to proceed with Additional Service Requests
