Job summary

Audi Richfield is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our state-of-the-art dealership and to be the calm, knowledgeable voice between customers and the shop. We value trust, organization, and delivering an exceptional service experience.

You will greet customers, gather vehicle details, capture symptoms, and prepare accurate estimates. European/import experience is a plus, but not required; what matters most is a track record of outstanding service.

Qualifications

• A proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant (required).
• 5+ years of experience in a luxury automotive environment.
• Above-average energy and a genuine drive to help customers.
• Interest in building a long-term career with a growing organization.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• CDK experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and set the tone for a great service visit.
• Gather detailed customer and vehicle information.
• Accurately capture and report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Recommend needed maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare complete, accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Set clear follow-up times and keep customers updated throughout the day.
• Monitor each vehicle's progress and proactively communicate delays or changes.
• Verify that final invoices reconcile with the work actually performed.
• Walk customers through completed work and charges clearly and honestly.
