You will explain service options, schedule with the service bay, work closely with technicians, and help turn first-time customers into loyal clients while upholding dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service advisor role is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with computers and service software.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
