Jim Shorkey North Hills CDJR is seeking a Service Advisor to join our expanding Service Department. You will be the main contact for customers, helping them with their automotive service needs and creating a great experience.

You will greet customers, schedule appointments, consult with technicians, explain repairs in simple terms, and promote available parts and service options while building lasting relationships and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Jim Shorkey North Hills CDJR is hiring for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you are a highly motivated individual that can multitask and provide excellent customer service, then we want you! We are expanding our Service Departments at every dealership to accommodate our high volume and growth within our company.

In this position, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their automotive service needs and making it a great experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting our customers
• Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed
• Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs
• Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle
• Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers
• Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

Requirements

• Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions
• Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
• Be organized, professional and courteous
• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• You must be able to explain repairs in simple terms to their customers, while also being able to understand technical jargon in order to effectively communicate with technicians.
• Prior experience is a preferred, but not required.
