Jim Shorkey Mitsu by the mall is seeking a Service Advisor in Ross Township, PA. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, explaining service options, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Experience in a dealership setting is required to thrive in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be the friendly face guiding customers through the service journey, building lasting relationships and promoting repeat business.

Formación

• Previous experience working in a service advisor role is required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with computers and service software.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
