Mike Carpino Ford Parsons is seeking a friendly, organized Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the primary contact between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication, quality service, and a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, collecting vehicle information, reporting symptoms, preparing labor and parts estimates, managing repair orders, and updating customers on progress.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to learn DMS, processes, and automotive terminology.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.

• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Create and manage repair orders

Service Advisors are the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping ensure every customer receives clear communication, quality service, and a positive experience from start to finish.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Service Advisor Requirements:

• Previous experience at a dealership is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask

Compensation

Starting pay: $16 per hour for the first 90 days, with the opportunity for increase following performance review.
