Job summary

Morrie's Auto Group in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to their concerns and collect vehicle information. You will translate maintenance needs into clear work orders and estimates.

You will explain charges and timelines, follow up on progress, refer customers to sales when appropriate, and support the service team while upholding safety and quality standards. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing or advisor roles preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate maintenance menus and estimates.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• CDK experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the description of the problem, obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify the customer if work is needed.
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate and estimated completion time.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Handle customer questions and follow up on progress of each repair order.
• Refer leads to the sales departments and assist the service manager as needed.
