Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles and discuss needed repairs.
• Secure customer agreement on estimates and timelines.
• Explain charges and coverage to customers.
• Follow up on repair orders and keep customers informed.
• Refer leads to sales as needed.
• Support service manager and follow safety procedures.
